You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Partner Responsibilities

   As a Partner, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

   1. Use of Information. You will only use the information available on the App for the purpose of reviewing insurance declarations and claims of your respective clients. You will not share, sell, or use the information for any other purpose without the explicit consent of the clients.

   2. Compliance with Laws. You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the use and protection of personal information and insurance data.

   3. Data Security. You will take appropriate measures to safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information accessed through the App. This includes using secure networks, maintaining strong passwords, and implementing appropriate access controls.

5. Intellectual Property

   The App and its contents (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, logos, and software) are protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

   To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.
