On November 18-19, 2019, PAIS management and staff with the leadership of President Caleb Jimenez, held a three-year strategic operations and business plan for year 2019-2021. The two day planning was spearheaded by Ms Gloria P Jimenez. The planning mainly pointed out key focus areas, programs and program focus areas, and management strategies and objectives of PAIS. With the collaborative thoughts and shared ideas of PAIS staff and management, they have created five main strategic directions for PAIS for the next three years.

1. PAIS is continually helping clients to grow in knowledge, capacity and hope

2. PAIS leadership closely collaborates and communicates with employees and with one another achieving the best interest for both company and employees at all times.

3. PAIS staff and officials are harmoniously working together, looking after each other’s interest and complementing each other’s strengths and weaknesses to attain the company’s goals in an atmosphere of openness and transparency.

4. PAIS personnel work in a positive environment marked with joy and freedom within the set policies and guidelines.

5. PAIS continuously develops (building and nurturing) credible and reliable partners that cares and contributes to the goals of the company.
