Angeles, Auditor Mr. Lawrence Ledesma and President Caleb Jimenez. First in the agenda of the Execom was the discussion in detail of the Proposed Budget and
Income Projection for year 2020 while comparing it with the 2019 actual budget and income. The members of the Execom challenged the team of PAIS to beat their
previous sales targets this 2020. The Board showed expression of support and reliance with the capacities of PAIS team. Then they also made recommendations
and additions to the 3-Year Strategic Planning Output and finalized some details concerning employee appraisal and evaluation metric. There were several
resolutions passed and to be formalized during the first board meeting on March 2020. Finally a presentation on the Introduction to Cash Ko Insurance Brokerage
as a proposed marketing arm of PAIS. The Execom also decided on the proposed operational policies of PAIS such as internet usage, purchasing guidelines and
giving of ex-gratia.
On March 14, 2017, a Memorandum of Agreement was signed between Pinoy Ako Insurance Services, Inc. and the Taytay sa Kauswagan (A Microfinance NGO) Inc. at TSKI Main Office in Iloilo City.
APPEND added micro insurance services to its expanding Microenterprise Development programs and have established the Pinoy Ako Insurance Services, Inc. (PAIS) to provide comprehensive, affordable and viable life and non-life micro insurance services.
